Deep plum with a purple hue. Bright red currants, boysenberry, savoury bay leaf. Juicy red berry fruits and an earthy spice are guided by firm yet approachable tannins to a long, fleshy finish.
Ryan Aggiss is a country boy through and through, finishing his schooling at Harvey Agricultural college before going to Charles Sturt University, and completing his wine science oenology degree in 2011. Ryan has worked in winery’s in Western Australia as well as enjoying stints in France, the US and South Australia.
