Winemaker's Bio
After completing his schooling in 1998, Ryan Gibbs enrolled in a bachelor of viticulture and Oenology in 1999, graduating in 2001.
He worked as a viticulturalist and established his consultancy, Geographe Consultants in 2002.
He is also the owner and Director of Aylesbury Estate, taking over the ownership and management of the farm in 2008. Ryan, along with his wife Narelle, established the Aylesbury Estate label with the intention of “capturing the best of the Ferguson Valley in a bottle.”
