A limited release premium blend of Shiraz and CabSav with high concentration current that follow through on dark chocolate aromas. Peppered with dried sage, thyme and toasty oak notes.
This wine is named after James Hurtle Fisher, first President of the Upper House of the Parliament of South Australia and first Mayor of Adelaide, who laid the foundation stone of the monument to Colonel Light in Light Square in 1843.
