Wine Description
From the Talc Hill vineyard in Gumeracha. Following a gentle whole bunch pressing the juice underwent a long cool fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels using indigenous yeast. The wine was then matured for 10 months in the same barrels before bottling. Fine, fresh and textural, minimal intervention winemaking allows this outstanding vineyard to express itself. Only 160 cases made.
