Small parcels of Mataro, Cinsault and Grenache grapes from our MIrus Vineyard and two neighbours, were picked, destemmed and pressed together. Cool fermented on solids to preserve the bright red fruits followed by time on yeast lees post ferment to enhance the texture of this delicious wine. Only 280 cases made.
