Wine Description
The fruit was harvested during the cool of the morning, before being destemmed and crushed with a large proportion of whole berries. The wine spent 8-10 days on skins, with regular pump-overs before basket pressed to older oak. The wine was matured in oak for a period of 9 months before assemblage and bottling.
