Wine Description
After picking and sorting, fermentation took place in closed fermenters, and maceration was gentle lasting 13 days with minimal pump-over interventions. The wine was then aged in medium toast French oak barriques for 11 months. Post bottling, this wine was aged further to allow to settle, integrate and develop prior to release.
