Wine Description
The fruit was gently de-stemmed followed by a cool and long ferment with extended maceration post primary fermentation followed by 18 months maturation in seasoned French and American Oak of which 30% was new. A fusion of black currant, plum and clove like spice. The oak is perfectly camouflaged like a tiger in the prairie grass. A gentle swirl and the aromas leap from the glass.
