The nose offers up Bosc pear, Granny Smith apple, citrus skin, candied ginger and marigold notes. The vibrant palate displays flavours of Nashi pear, golden delicious apples and fresh almonds along with subtle layers of fresh quince. The bright acid backbone complements the refined fruit leading to a crisp, balanced finish. An excellent match with pan fried whiting, and a crunchy sauté garlic olive oil broccolini.
