Wine Description
Pinot Noir with aromatic cherry and orange characters, balanced with earthiness, fresh acidity, and spice. Pommard clone from Seb's dad Geoff's vineyard for bright cherry notes and Mv6 from his uncle Bill's block for riper fruit and a bit of meatiness. The grapes were destemmed and fermented wild with a high percentage of whole berries. Wild ferment. Unfined. Unfiltered.
