Wine Description
Picked at different times for balanced acid, body, flavour and sweetness, this is a blend of zesty Riesling [54%], super rich Muscat [40%], and tropical Verdelho [6%]. We stopped the ferment early for an off-dry style, with thyme flower and key lime pie characters, racy acidity and a creamy mousse texture. Tangy, fizzy, a little bit sweet and all around delicious.
