A blend sourced from vineyards our family has planted in the Adelaide Hills and Limestone Coast. 38% Riesling, 33% Chardonnay and 29% Semillon, it’s zippy and zesty with a mix of perfumed floral characters, refreshing fruit and complex briny notes. The palate has a nice weight to it, with smooth texture and balanced acidity. A real smashable wine and perfectly suited to a warm day on the beach.
