Wine Description
A pale, straw-coloured sparkling wine with medium bead and good persistence. Bright and lively aromas of ripe new season's apples and a citrus fruit lift. This sparkling is lively and fresh in the mouth with a good persistence of flavour and a finish that is dry and refreshing, ready to enjoy now.
Accolades
“An impressive wine from Tassie. Mix of the two classic champagne varieties. Meaty and slightly gamey citrus characters emerge on the nose and palate. Crisp dry finish.” 93/100 Ray Jordan 26/11/2020
