Wine Description
Bright pale straw colour with green splashes. The bouquet displays vibrant lifted passionfruit and grape aromas. This is interwoven with hints of lime and grassiness. The passionfruit flows through to the palate along with a crisp refreshing acidity. Overall a wine that is bursting with flavour while leading to a finish that is long and balanced.
Winemaker's Bio
Originally from New Zealand, Tom Wallace moved to Tasmania 10 years ago to make ‘great wine’. He has overseen the winemaking for Tamar Ridge, Devils Corner and Pirie Sparkling since 2013. Tom cut his winemaking teeth in New Zealand but has also worked in California and France and closer to home, in the Hunter Valley and McLaren Vale. Tom was a scholar of the Len Evan’s tutorial in 2019 and can often be found keeping up with the latest styles in winemaking as a judge at various wine shows around the country.
