Wine Description
A fragrant bouquet of white flowers, nectarine and pear with underlying cashew and citrus notes. Lovely toasty oak florals help lift to white flower bouquet. The palate is medium-full bodied with stone fruit and fresh citrus flavours and creamy biscuit characters from lees influence. Subtle oak sweetness adds to the richness and length of the palate. The wine has an elegant, refined structure and finishes with fine mineral acidity.
Winemaker's Bio
Winemaker, Trent Kelly, has been in the industry since 1999, working across Australia, France and Germany. He joined the Credaro family in early 2016 and in May 2017 was promoted to chief winemaker. He shares the family values on winemaking and farming and has shown time and time again he’s one of the best around – Credaro Winery couldn’t be prouder to have him.
