Wine Description
Lifted punchy and vibrant white blossom and nectarines. Elements of toasted cashew with saline, savoury spice.The palate is medium-full bodied with stone fruit, white blossom and slatey/saline influence with creamy concentrated mid palate from lees stirring. Subtle oak sweetness adds to the richness and length of the palate. The fine saline Moorish acidity gives the wine depth and length adding to the rich white blossom, chewy oak finish. A pure and concentrated palate of Margaret River Chardonnay
Winemaker's Bio
Winemaker, Trent Kelly, has been in the industry since 1999, working across Australia, France and Germany. He joined the Credaro family in early 2016 and in May 2017 was promoted to chief winemaker. He shares the family values on winemaking and farming and has shown time and time again he’s one of the best around – Credaro Winery couldn’t be prouder to have him.
