In Australia the blend of Shiraz Cabernet is the ever-reliable wine, bringing together the generosity of Shiraz and structure of Cabernet, to deliver our unstoppable classic Aussie claret.
It wafts of macerated Cherry and campfire toast. A rush of fresh berry, Choc Mint, cloves and cedary, smoked Bacon. Robust fruit with supple tannin make for a moreish mouthful.
