Wine Description
Hand picked fruit. Wild yeast fermented. Matured in French barriques for 10monts.
Deep crimson red color. The palate is loaded with dark fruit flavors of
black cherry, plum and a hint of liquorice. Seamless integrated soft
tannins, the wine is medium to full bodied. Excellent for drinking now and
it can also be cellared for up to 10 years.

Winemaker's Bio
German born Andreas Greiving graduated as a chemical engineer in Germany back in 1988.After spending 20 years as an expatriate in numerous countries for a multinational swiss company, Andreas and family immigrated to Australia in 2009. With the purchase of an existing vineyard in the famous Heathcote wine region, the journey of following the love and passion for making great wines began.
