The Parson range is our invitation to discover the
balance and purity we strive for in every bottle of
Chapel Hill. Driven by an understanding that great
wine is made in the vineyard, each wine is carefully
crafted to highlight the delicious varietal
characteristics of these extraordinary grape varieties.
Our desire is to showcase Chardonnay’s strengths of
delicious mouthfeel and length with it’s unique ability
to effortlessly incorporate winemaking complexity
and still maintain fruit purity.

Chapel Hill has been led by winemaker Michael Fragos since 2004. Success came early with Chapel Hill being awarded ‘world’s best winemaker’ at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London in 2007.
Michael was then joined by Viticulturist Rachel Steer, who has a great passion for sustainable farming practices.
