The words “I am a true vine” feature within the ornate design of our iconic stained glass window. This scripture follows with “my father is a vinedresser”, which inspires this tribute to the wonderful grape growers of McLaren Vale. A wonderful expression of Cabernet Sauvignon’s style, structure and depth of flavour.
Gentle and traditional small batch winemaking. The wine was clarified naturally to preserve flavour, tannin and texture.
Blackcurrant and rosemary flavours are further complexed by poised and mouth filling fine grained tannins.

Chapel Hill has been led by the winemaking team of Michael Fragos and Bryn Richards since the mid 2000s.Success came early for the pair with Chapel Hill being awarded ‘world’s best winemaker’ at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London in 2007.
Michael and Bryn are joined by Viticulturist Rachel Steer, who has great passion for sustainable farming practices.
