Chapel Hill. Driven by an understanding that great
wine is made in the vineyard, each wine is carefully
crafted to highlight the delicious varietal
characteristics of these extraordinary grape varieties.
This wine displays expressive and alluring aromas of
liquorice and mulberry. The wonderfully structured and
eloquent palate is broodingly complexed by an array of
persistent fine grain tannins.

Chapel Hill has been led by the winemaking team of Michael Fragos and Bryn Richards since the mid 2000s.Success came early for the pair with Chapel Hill being awarded ‘world’s best winemaker’ at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London in 2007.
Michael and Bryn are joined by Viticulturist Rachel Steer, who has great passion for sustainable farming practices.
