Blanc de Noirs Pinot Noir 2019

Our bottle fermented Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir grapes grown on the old Partalunga Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This vineyard produces fruit that not only has wonderful flavours for our still red pinot noir, but when picked early retains its natural acidity which is a hallmark of great Sparkling wines. The 2019 Vintage Blanc de Noirs is a very pale with a tinge of copper. An elegant Australian Sparkling wine, showing alluring aromas of cream biscuits, brioche and fresh strawberry fruit. The wine has a delicate creamy mouth feel, a fine bead and is balanced with natural acidity. This Sparkling Blanc de Noirs is well suited as a wonderful aperitif, shared with friends on a warm evening or matched with light seafood, salads or fruit based deserts.
