Wine Description
1975 plantings of the OF (or Gin Gin) Clone of Chardonnay, some of the oldest plantings in South Australia. Less than 1 acre remains. Grown in Ebenezer on the famous Schulz Primrose Vineyard in the Northern Barossa. Handpicked, hand sorted, de-stemmed, before being fermented and aged in seasoned French puncheons. This Chardonnay is light straw, fresh and bright, almost tropical in its youth. Has a brightness that belies its vineyard source. A wonderful wine to enjoy over the next 10 years with someone special
