Wine Description
A blend of old vine Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro grown on our vineyards in the Northern Barossa parishes of Ebenezer and Koonunga and from Williamstown in the South of the Barossa Valley. Matured for 9 months in Large format seasoned French oak barrels before being bottled in late December 2021. A classic Barossa blend that carries the hallmarks of old vines in a special season. Grenache brings the bright red fruits, shiraz the mid-pallet weight and richness and Mataro the savoury backbone and moreish finish. The GSM drinks well now and will continue to do so for many years. A wine for all occasions.
