Still
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in the Geographe Wine Region of Western Australia. The ferment was arrested early to retain natural sugars and bottled early with no oak treatment. Pale straw colour with a pronounced intensity of succulent stone fruit aromas. Early medium sweetness of ripe peaches with a soft, natural acidity and an attractive mineral edge to finish on a drier note. A wine well suited to Asian cuisine.
