Wine Description
2022 Fishbone Merlot is made with fruit from the Geographe Wine Region. A a medium-bodied, rich and youthful Merlot with ripe mulberry fruit and vanilla spice.
Harvested in the cool of the morning and crushed and fermented with 10% whole bunches. The resulting wine is a softer, elegant, fruit focused style of dry red wine. Deep crimson red rim to core. Spiced mulberries, sweet tobacco. Dry, ripe red fruits, styling Merlot with good balance and persistent length.
