Cambrian White Viognier 2023

Made from irrigated vines, the wine has intense flavours and excellent natural acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel tank gives the wine a fresh, clean palate with well-defined aromatics. The palate displays characteristic stone fruit flavours; pear and white peach, with a hint of crushed ginger on the finish. It's an excellent wine pairing for seafood and spicy foods.
