Taken from a single vineyard in cooler area of Eden Valley, Barossa. The wine has a pale straw colour with a bouquet of tropical fruit salad. Winemaking retains the elegant white peach and fresh stone fruit characters giving a clean and crisp finish with balanced acidity and flavour

Winemaker's Bio
Barossa born multi trophy winning winemaker Joanne Irvine is a highly sought after, small batch wine making specialist. Jo left home to pursue a career spanning 18 years as a nurse until she had what she describes as a “mid- life crisis” and became a winemaker.
Creating wines since 1993, including vintages in Sonoma and Napa USA, Jo could never have guessed that at age 7, while following her winemaking father around a winery, she would have started a successful wine consulting company in 2003 and created her own dynamic wine brand in 2014, Levrier by Jo Irvine.
