Our dry 2025 Rosé is made from estate-grown Grenache (80%) and Cinsault (20%), delivering generous texture with bright, coastal-driven freshness. Pale salmon in hue, it opens with white peach, lemon zest, rose petals and strawberry, then rolls into a mouth-filling palate of watermelon and lime pith with a savoury edge of spring radish, subtle pink peppercorn and ginger. Handpicked fruit was lightly pressed straight off skins, co-fermented in stainless steel, and matured in tank for four months to build a gently creamy finish without losing varietal purity.
