This light, juicy, and lifted Cinsault comes from Block 1 of Orbis’s vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale, grown on ancient Christies Beach formation soils.
Cranberry, strawberry, and pomegranate dominate, with delicate red fruits and a refreshing, crunchy finish. It’s nuanced, fresh, and perfect lightly chilled on a warm summer’s day.
The fruit was handpicked in late February and fermented over two weeks with gentle daily punchdowns. It stayed on skins under gas cover for a further four weeks, before being pressed and matured in old French oak puncheons for eight months. Bottled in late September.
Minimal intervention. Low sulphur.
