Hand picked fruit. Wild yeast fermented. Matured in French barriques for 10 months.
The color is totally impenetrable, almost black.
A powerful nose of dark fruit flavors, mainly blueberry, dark cherry and plum.
The fine-grained tannins are seamlessly integrated in this super full-bodied wine that exhibits a long finish on the palate. Excellent cellaring potential.

Winemaker's Bio
German born Andreas Greiving graduated as a chemical engineer in Germany back in 1988.After spending 20 years as an expatriate in numerous countries for a multinational swiss company, Andreas and family immigrated to Australia in 2009. With the purchase of an existing vineyard in the famous Heathcote wine region, the journey of following the love and passion for making great wines began.
