Winemaking: Estate grown on our Lobethal vineyard ‘Schoenthal’ hand picked from Block G. Delicately naked to give a fuller mouthfeel. Story: The Adelaide Hills wine region has the ability to produce some of the best Chardonnay in the world. Our vineyard with its high altitude and cooler than average conditions is the perfect site. This delicate Chardonnay helps to broaden the palate and is a stepping stone to our Amos Chardonnay. Taste: Fresh lemon, lime and hints of pineapple greet you on the nose, while the palate displays a subtleness that keeps you coming back for more. White peach, grapefruit and guava spread across the palate. A hint of honeysuckle accompanies a crisp finish.

Head winemaker Tom Northcott’s winemaking approach is to pick at optimal ripeness for lean flavours to showcase the quality and true expression of their vineyards. Howard Vineyard wines are light to medium body with vibrant flavours and great natural acidity.
