Made from sangiovese and Nebbiolo, this shiny salmon-pink wine is pale and delicate. Aromas of red berries, sweet spice and rock candy hit the spot nicely. It’s succulent and fruity, intense enough yet supple enough for easy drinking, wrapped up refreshingly in mouth-watering acidity.
Winemaker's Bio
After vintages in Tuscany, the Mornington Peninsula and Margret River, Joel Pizzini returned to make wine for the family business in 2002. Always working hard to introduce best practice viticulture and winemaking principles Joel is on the quest to make the best Sangiovese and Nebbiolos that Australia can produce. Each vintage Joel works with over 15 Italian grape varieties to make the family’s wines from Prosecco to Nebbiolo, Joel produces wines made to be enjoyed with food.
