Pale coppery pink in colour, and fragrant with aromas of rosewater, strawberry and ripe muscaty grapes, Pizzini Brachetto is a lightly tingling, breezy bubbly. Soft strawberryish and grapey flavours are woven through a fine spritzy mouthfeel and clean zippy aftertaste.
Winemaker's Bio
After vintages in Tuscany, the Mornington Peninsula and Maragret River, Joel Pizzini returned to make wine for the family business in 2002. Always working hard to introduce best practice viticulture and winemaking principles Joel is on the quest to make the best Sangiovese and Nebbiolo that Australia can produce. Each vintage Joel works with over 15 Italian grape varieties to make the family’s wines from Prosecco to Nebbiolo, Joel produces wines made to be enjoyed with food.
