Gudilly is the next generation of Sorby Adams. Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using 100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lighweight glass and renewable energy at the winery. Cabernet Sauvignon is a globally recognised variety and is a popular Australian red. Gudilly Cabernet Sauvignon is a modern approach to this variety, with drinkability and approachable style for pairing with or without food. Tasting Note: Deep crimson in colour with intensely fragrant dark cherry and cassis. Dark fruits with dusty oak tannins finish long in a medium to full bodied palate. Pair with roast lamb, curries or mushroom risotto.
