Gudilly is the next generation of Sorby Adams. Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using 100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lighweight glass and renewable energy at the winery. Shiraz is Australia's most popular wine variety. Given to its suitability to our country and soils, the styles made are approachable and very drinkable. An every day all rounder, Shiraz is a staple for any wine drinker. Tasting Note: Brick red in colour with complex mulberry and licorice spice. Ripe forest berries and rounded mouthfeel on the palate, finish with smooth tannins. Perfect for pizza night, BBQ kebabs and stir fry.
