Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were
born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly
Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are
all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using
100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lightweight glass and
renewable energy at the winery.
Pinot Noir is a diverse variety that makes a fresh and lively rosé style.
Tasting Note:
Fresh strawberries and cream, with ripe raspberry notes, finish with
savoury dry finish.
Perfect served chilled with antipasto.
