Gudilly is the next generation of Sorby Adams. Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using 100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lightweight glass and renewable energy at the winery. Pinot Noir is a more delicate red wine with earthy undertones and spice. Juicy and rounded, the lighter to medium bodied palate is ideal all year round. Tasting Note: Fresh and bright, showing plum and cherry flavours. The palate is complexed with gamey notes and subtle French Oak. Enjoy with mates or with roasted duck.
