Gudilly is the next generation of Sorby Adams. Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using 100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lightweight glass and renewable energy at the winery. Sangiovese originated in Italy and offers a combination of earthy texture with juicy drinkability Tasting Note: Earthy notes with rhubarb, bracken forest fruits and subtle integrated oak. A soft plum and cherry wine, with light tannins and a lovely balance. Easy drinking with wood oven pizza.
