Gudilly is the next generation of Sorby Adams. Second generation siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins, and together are Gudilly Sourced from the Adelaide region in South Australia, these wines are all focused on contemporary and fresh designs, using 100% recycled paperstocks, compostable inks, lightweight glass and renewable energy at the winery. Pinot Bianco, sometimes known as Pinot Blanc derives from the Pinot Noir variety with a genetic difference and paler colour than Pinot Gris.
