Ladies who Shoot their Lunch wines have been crafted to complement the textures and flavours of wild food. Vibrant in colour, intensely aromatic and fine in texture with pristine fruit flavours.
Sophisticated, cool climate wild ferment Chardonnay with rich stone fruit and elegant oak maturation characters. Seamless integration of fruit, oak and acidity gives a mouth filling richness on the finish.
2019 was an excellent year in Victoria with low yields and intense flavours. The fruit from the Greenstone vineyard in the Yarra Valley provides the lovely mid palate peachy fruits in the wine and the Strathbogie Ranges component providing mineral complexity. Many types of French barrels were used to mature different parcels of wine providing diverse characteristics which were blended to achieve great complexity and quality. Drink to 2030.
