Wine Description
55% Shiraz/ 45% Cab Sauvignon
Brooding dark fruits fill the nose; think blackberry, satsuma plum, and cassis complemented by licorice and subtle middle eastern spice. 17/10- Dark chocolate, roasted beetroot, stewed cherries.
The palate is dense and powerful, without heaviness. A medium bodied framework – driven by a savoury, earthy tannin profile. Toasty French oak notes add complexity. A wine with excellent length and persistence.
Drink with a piece of perfectly cooked Rib-eye steak from your local butcher.

Winemaker's Bio
Passion. Spontaneity. Soul. Just a few words that come to mind when we get ready to introduce our winemaker, Kate Goodman.
Kate is one of Australia's best contemporary winemakers. Wineries such as Wirra Wirra ( McLaren Vale), Tim Kanppstein (Clare Valley), Seppelt (Great Western), Punt Road (Yarra Valley) have all benefited from Kate's brilliance. There is no denial of talent and absolute harmony when it comes to Kate and the winery which we have witnessed each year since she started in 2016.
Her investment in us is what has fed their evolution into creating some spectacular contemporary varietals.
And with the addition of winemaker, Lauren Hansen, it's as though they have taken an almighty breath of fresh Coonawarra air and are totally inspired.
