This Clare Valley Riesling showcases a very pale straw green hue. On the nose, it is bright, fresh, and inviting, displaying prominent brown lime, citrus florals, lemon, and a blossomy perfume, with subtle hints of tropical fruit and white nectarine. The palate is juicy and generous, offering flavours reminiscent of brown lime cordial and zesty lemon and lime. Well-integrated acidity ensures exceptional balance and focus, leading to a long, persistent finish.

Winemaker's Bio
Jarrad Steele, Chief Winemaker at Paulett Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, brings over 17 years of experience and a passion for letting the fruit speak for itself. He’s worked with top producers like Kilikanoon, Leasingham, and Napa Valley’s Chateau Montelena. His first Pauletts vintage included the 2019 Brielle Grenache, named after his daughter and made from old Watervale vines—his pick for Clare’s top Grenache site. In 2023, he received the Encouragement Award at the Canberra International Riesling Challenge. Jarrad continues Pauletts’ legacy of crafting outstanding regional wines, especially the internationally celebrated Clare Valley Rieslings.
