Wine Description
The 109 Series Cabernet is a tribute to Neil Paulett, the 109th winemaker to graduate from Adelaide University's Roseworthy College. With over 50 years of winemaking expertise, this exceptional wine showcases the finest regional and varietal characteristics that Pauletts are known for. Deep ruby garnet with a crimson hue, the nose reveals complex aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, dark plums, dark chocolate, dusty oak, and a subtle herbal undertone. Full-bodied and rich, the palate delivers juicy blackcurrant, blackberry, fleshy plums, and choc mint, with firm, dense tannins providing structure and a long, balanced finish.
