Wine Description
Our classic Polish Hill River Riesling is intensely aromatic, displaying vibrant notes of green limes, Granny Smith apples, white florals, and mineral flint on the nose. The palate reveals pure, fresh flavors of kaffir lime, freshly cut lime, zesty citrus rind, and crisp green apple, layered over a wet stone texture. Its bright natural acidity provides a distinctive, linear structure with excellent balance and a long, lingering finish.
Enjoy now or savour the reward of 10–15 years of bottle development.

Winemaker's Bio
Jarrad Steele, Chief Winemaker at Paulett Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, brings over 17 years of experience and a passion for letting the fruit speak for itself. He’s worked with top producers like Kilikanoon, Leasingham, and Napa Valley’s Chateau Montelena. His first Pauletts vintage included the 2019 Brielle Grenache, named after his daughter and made from old Watervale vines—his pick for Clare’s top Grenache site. In 2023, he received the Encouragement Award at the Canberra International Riesling Challenge. Jarrad continues Pauletts’ legacy of crafting outstanding regional wines, especially the internationally celebrated Clare Valley Rieslings.
