Wine Description
From the renowned Polish Hill River region of the Clare Valley, this ruby violet Shiraz with a purple rim offers lifted aromas of dark plums, cherries, black olives, cured meats, and bitter dark chocolate. The medium to full-bodied palate is rich and complex, showcasing fleshy dark fruits, well-integrated oak, and a graphite-like texture. Firm, fine tannins deliver balance, length, and elegance.
