A vibrant wine with a crisp and zesty finish.
Fruit for the Dowie Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Dowie Vineyard on the cool sandy slopes of Blewitt Springs. A wine crafted to display the vineyard's true expression of its unique terroir.
Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve as much fruit character as possible. After which, the wine is aged on lees for seven months, 15% of which is in old French oak, the balance in stainless steel.

Winemaker's Bio
Chris Thomas became DOWIE DOOLE’s Chief Winemaker in 2011. Over his winemaking carrier he has gained a wealth of experience working for wineries including Fox Creek and Serafino Wines in McLaren Vale, also Domaine Changarnier in Burgundy.
Chris’ commitment and passion for Australian Wine was acknowledged by Wine Australia in 2019, he graduated from the Wine Australia Future Leaders Programme.
